Infinity Guest Lecture Series- “Advances in Biochemical Research” – Kanika, Department of Science, - January 13, 2021.

Kanika, Association of the Department of Science organized an online guest lecture on “Advances in Biochemical research” on January 13, 2021 as a part of the Infinity Guest lecture series. The session was conducted online using Google meet as the platform. 38 students from I & III Semester BSc (PCM) participated in the lecture. Ms. Nalina Murthy, ICMR- Senior Research Fellow, CSIR- CFTRI, Mysore was the resource person for the session. The session opened with the various applications of nanotechnology in food processing. The speaker could convey how relevant is the study of chemistry with respect to food & nutrition.

The session helped students to get exposure to the research opportunities in the field of chemistry.
