DDG Felicitation at CMP Centre and School - 7th February 2021 - NCC

The Republic Day Contingent felicitation ceremony was set out at CMP centre and school on 7th February 2021, to welcome and felicitate the RDC achievers of NCC Directorate Karnataka and Goa 2021.

The ceremony took place in the presence of Air Commodore, Lalith Kumar Jain, Deputy Director General, NCC Directorate Karnataka and Goa, Group commanders, Commanding Officers, Adam officers, Associate NCC Officers, PI staffs, other officers, civilians and cadets from various battalions and groups. The Principal, Rev. Dr. Roy and Vice Principal, Fr. Jijo Jose, were also a part of the programme. This was made possible for the SFS cadets under the able guidance of ANO Lt Sampath Kumar R.

The ceremony began with the distribution of Raksha Mantri Commendation card, Chief Minister Commendation card, DG Commendation Cards & DDG Commendation Cards which were presented by the Dy DG of NCC Dte Kar & Goa. Among these awardees, three of SFS cadets - Senior under Officer, Suraj Chikka Reddy, received CM Commendation card; Senior under Officer, Sachin Singh and Cadet Pratiksha Saini received DDG Commendation cards respectively. Further the ceremony was made even more happening by various cultural programs which involved 40 cadets from SFS actively participating in the same. Also, Cadet Prateeksha Saini was awarded with a cash prize as a token of appreciation for her excellent performance in rhythmic yoga.

The DDG in his address congratulated the RDC achievers and appreciated the efforts and hard work of the organising team while encouraging them to continue their interest towards NCC.s
