Hindi Certificate Courses - 22nd February - 1st March 2021 - Dept. of Hindi

The Hindi Department designed a certificate course on ‘Basic Hindi Learning’, under the Curriculum Enrichment Cell, in order to make Hindi language available for students who are interested to read and write the language. Module 1 of the same, was conducted from the 22 nd of February to the 28 th of February, 2021 and Module 2 was conducted on 1 st March, 2021on the G-suit platform. The resource persons were Dr. Reva Prasad, HOD, Hindi Department and Dr. Rinku Pandey. The objective of this course is to make learning easy through digital media and to encourage students who are willing to learn the language by making learning available for them.

Module 1 of the course includes seven sessions focusing on Vowels, Consonants, Signs, Sounds and practice exercises. The students were further given two assignments and a quiz in in order to improve their learning and move on to the next module.

Module 2 of the course dealt with a little advanced level with the introduction of two letter words and three letter words. The topics on Fruits, Vegetables, etc were also introduced to the students. Assignments and Quizzes were conducted to test their levels of learning.
