RDC Contingent Felicitation at Governor’s House - 3rd February, 2021 - NCC

The Republic Day Contingent felicitation ceremony was held at Raj Bhavan on 3rd February 2021, to welcome the cadets belonging to Karnataka and Goa Directorate who arrived from New Delhi after completing their National level camp successfully.

The felicitation ceremony was graced by the presence of The Honourable Governor of Karnataka, Vajubhai Rudabhai Vala; Ministers, Group commanders, Commanding Officers, Adam officers, Associate NCC Officers, PI staffs, other officers and cadets from various battalions and groups. Rev. Dr. Roy, Principal and Vice Principal, Rev. Fr. Jijo, joined for the event.

The ceremony was made spectacular by various cultural programmes in which nine of our cadets got an opportunity to perform the folk dance of Karnataka "Kamsale", under the guidance of our ANO Lt. Sampath Kumar R. The honourable Governor, in his address congratulated all the RDC achievers for their exemplary performance in all the activities which has brought laurels to our state and directorate. He motivated students to be a part of NCC as it is the best way to make the youth more efficient and productive towards the nation. He also appreciated the cadets who participated in the cultural programmes for their hard work and dedication.
