National Science day celebration-28.2.2021- Department of Science

The Department of Science of our college celebrates National Science day every year with a series of events and activities based on the theme released by the Government of India. This year, the Department conducted a two-day celebration with a National level Online Quiz contest, invited talk and a Science communication video contest. The quiz programme was based on a video on innovative practices in e-waste management and it received 192 responses. The science communication video contest was also conducted with the aim of familiarising and exposing students to the career opportunities in the field of Science. A total of 10 students participated in the event and the video by Pooja Bhati, I semester, BSc PCM won the prize for the best Science Communication video.
