HR CLUB ACTIVITY - EQUAL PAY FOR EQUAL WORK : 12 MAY 2021 – DEPT. OF BBA

DESMA - the Department of Business Administration had conducted an online classroom activity - Case Study on Equal Pay for Equal Work under the guidance of Prof. Mangayarkarasi N – HOD of BBA Department on 12 th May 2021.

In the modern dynamic world, the most useful information will be the one which is up to date. As a business student, case study is one of the most effective research techniques. The case study relating to equal pay for equal work in an organization helped the students in an up-close, in-depth and detailed investigation of a subject of study and its related contextual position. The purpose of case study methods helps the students to develop managerial competency, problem solving and decision-making skills. The department takes initiatives for overall development of students and gives them practical orientation to inculcate employability skills which will help them to face competitive world.
