WORLD AIDS DAY: 1 December 2021 – CENTRE FOR SOCIAL ACTIONS

Theme of world aids Day 2021: END INEQUALITIES, END AIDS. 

On the occasion of World Aids Day, our CSA Committee took initiative to create awareness about HIV/AIDS among people. For this, our volunteers prepared 20 charts which revealed ideas related to HIV and AIDS.

The volunteers started the awareness program with a flash mob that is a dance which attracts people. Right after the dance, the street play began which gave a brief idea and knowledge to the students about What AIDS/HIV actually is and how it gets transmitted, how people affected by AIDS be treated. 

The same evening, we departed to the Government school in Hebbagodi. Students there showed great interest in learning things and their activeness that gave us complete satisfaction of in making them aware about what HIV/AIDS is.
