COGNITIVE BEHAVIOURAL THERAPY: 16 NOVEMBER 2023 – NATIONAL CADET CORPS (NCC)

On 16th November 2023, NCC cadets of SFS college belonging to 1/1 COY ARMY WING, 1 Kar BN NCC, Bengaluru participated in a webinar on ‘CBT Secrets to Positive Change’ which took place online via google meet.

The Webinar took place with a total of 70 cadets. The main attraction of this event was the awareness session conducted by the Ms PravalikaSG. The session was interactive. The primary objective of this webinar was to tell cadets how to overcome them their stress and anxiety and to control their emotion. The Spokesperson said about how to track your day-to-day activities to know about your emotions and your behaviour towards a particular situation and how to overcome it.

The Cadets actively participated in this webinar. The webinar turned out to be very helpful.
