JUST A MINUTE: 10 OCTOBER 2023: LIBRARY COMMITTEE

The library committee of the Knowledge Centre at SFS college had organized a ‘JUST A MINUTE’ on 10th October 2023 from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm.The event commenced with the introduction about Digital Library by Library Committee members. The main purpose of the event is to show the importance of Digital Library and Brain Drain. During this session most of the students have spoken about how digital library was useful for their studies as well their career. Students views and thoughts were recorded as videos and uploaded in the college website.

The students have shared that digital libraries make it possible for users to collaborate, communicate and share resources in real time. Students have shared their thought as Digital library is a roof to get all information relating to their studies and it is useful to them gather a knowledge in different fields. As well as students are felt it is a strong platform to share ideas and knowledge. It is an effective tool to get thse ideas about their further studies and job opportunities. Students have shared their experience through videos in which it is mentioned that digital library is a knowledge pool whenever we need to get the information easily, we can it from the pool. Few students opined that Digital library is a long-term source to get benefitted by gathering information to get success in their life. “Reading book is a golden field but using digital library is anevergreen field”.
