LITERATURE REVIEW FOR RESEARCH: 2 SEPTEMBER 2023 – LIBRARY COMMITTEE

On September 2, 2023, a session on the subject of Literature Review for Research was held by the Knowledge Centre Library Committee. The main point of interest from the session was how crucial it is to write research objectives. During the session, there was also a discussion on how to understand the topic at hand by conducting a systematic review of the literature.

Prof. Nagarathna, the session resource person, thoroughly explained how to search Google Scholar articles and the step-by-step procedure for the review, which was well received by the students. Students were taught how to conduct a Review of Literature search for their research. The lesson was very interactive, and the students understood the material well. Faculty from PG Commerce and 56 PG students attended the session and they are now proficient in using ROL to conduct research.
