TRAINING ON CARDIO PULMONARY RESUSCITATION AND BASIC HEALTH CHECK- UP CAMP: 18 JULY 2022 - ROTARACT CLUB IN ASSOCIATION WITH HEALTH CLUB - ST FRANCIS DE SALES COLLEGE

Rotaract Club of SFS College and Health Club, sponsored by Rotary Bangalore Health City organised a mega health camp with support of NH Health City. Dr. Nagendra, Associate Professor of Health City and his team demonstrated the CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) procedure to face emergency at any place in our day-to-day life. CPR is an emergency procedure consisting of chest compressions often combined with artificial ventilation in an effort to manually preserve intact brain function until further measures are taken to restore spontaneous blood circulation and breathing in a person who is in cardiac arrest. There were about 300 members from college staff, students and lecturers who turned up for the event.
