SURVEY ON ELECTORAL SURVEY: 25 APRIL 2023 - NATIONAL CADET CORPS (NCC)

National Cadet Corps (NCC) cadets of St. Francis de sales college conducted a survey on electorate (number of people entitled to vote in an election) on 25 th of April 2023. The event took place during the class hours with 40 cadets under the guidance of our ANO Captain Sampath Kumar R as per the orders of Bangalore University Board. The NCC cadets were sent to each class to collect the electorate.

Voting is a method by which a group, such as a meeting or an electorate, convenes together for the purpose of making a collective decision or expressing an opinion usually following discussions, debates or election campaigns. Voting gives people, the freedom to choose their own leaders and hold the elected leaders accountable. It is a duty of every Indian citizen to take part in the elections.

The survey helped in creating awareness about the voter helpline app. The cadets thanked Commanding Officer Col M R Suresh, Adam Officer Lt Col Ravindra Singh, Principal Rev Dr. Roy, Vice Principal Rev Fr Jijo jose and our ANO CAPT. Sampath Kumar R for providing the wonderful opportunity.
