SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT: 27 SEPTEMBER 2022 – DEPARTMENT OF COMPUTER APPLICATIONS (BCA) COLLABORATION WITH PLACEMENT CELL

The Department of Computer Applications in collaboration with Placement cell organized a session on Supply Chain Management on 27 th September 2022 for BCA 1 SEM students. The speaker for the event Professor Archie D Souza educated the students on Supply Chain Strategies and how the leading companies today recognize that supply chains are critical assets for meeting customer expectations and driving growth. Supply Chain has evolved dramatically over the last four decades. The speaker's demonstration of how supply chain strategies are implemented in renowned businesses like Bosch, SAP, TCS, and others elevated the session. This enabled learners to observe how the approaches are being used.

He motivated the students by outlining how well the placement cell would aid students in securing suitable career opportunities, which was an added factor of the session.
