REPORT ON RDC DE-KITTING CAMP

On 01st February 2024 De-kitting Camp for RDC 2024 was held at Oxford High School, JP Nagar

The camp was conducted from 1st February 2024 to 6th February 2024 by 7 KAR BN Bangalore B. Two cadets from SFS degree college belonging 1/1 COY ARMY WING of 1 KAR BN NCC were part of this De -kitting camp from February 1st to February 6th, 2024. This camp marked the conclusion of the RDC for the cadets, providing them with a platform to de-kit, reflect on their experiences, and prepare for their journey back home. February 1st to 3 rd The initial days of the camp were dedicated to the de-kitting process, This period also allowed for reflection on their learnings and experiences during the RDC February 4 th A commendation ceremony was conducted at Christ University to honor the cadets for their dedication and performance during the RDC February 5 th A visit to the Chief Minister of Karnataka at Vidhana Soudha provided cadets with an opportunity to interact with government officials and gain insights into governance and leadership. February 6 th The camp concluded with a closing ceremony, where cadets were bid farewell and acknowledged for their participation in the RDC.

The De-kitting Camp not only facilitated the smooth conclusion of the RDC but also served as a platform for personal growth and development for the cadets. Through various activities and interactions, cadets learned the values of discipline, teamwork, and leadership, which are integral to the NCC's ethos. The camp provided cadets with a memorable and enriching experience, instilling in them a sense of pride and accomplishment. The interactions with officials and the exposure to different environments have broadened their perspectives and equipped them with valuable life skills. We are proud to announce that in this camp Senior Under Officer Tharun D and Cadet Ajay from our college have successfully completed RDC 2024. A hearty congratulations to you dear cadets. We would also like to congratulate and appreciate all the cadets who took part in this camp. Cadets took part with great zeal of enthusiasm.
